Amanda’s passion for cooking began as a little girl. She came to America at a young age, not knowing English, but food was always her language. At every family gathering, relatives would ask, “What are you going to cook?”—a tradition that continues today.

Her love for food led her to work in kitchens from a young age, starting in a shrimp factory in Louisiana and later in a Chinese restaurant in Hawaii, where she eagerly learned from the owner. Over the years, Amanda gained experience in many restaurants, shaping the chef she is today.

Now, her lifelong dream has become a reality. Every dish she creates is a labor of love, sharing the flavors and passion that have inspired her since childhood. Amanda’s heart and soul are in the kitchen, bringing authenticity and creativity to every plate.
